Randstad Canada is seeking a seasoned Manufacturing Engineer for Mississauga, Ontario. You will own manufacturing process development from sourcing to SOP +90 days, lead cross-functional implementation, and manage budgets and vendor relationships for high-volume automotive assembly lines.
You will drive automation, lean concepts, and robotic integration while coordinating capital investments, process documentation, and production layouts.
We are seeking a seasoned Manufacturing Project Engineer with a robust background in equipment installation, commissioning, and startup. In this role, you will take full ownership of manufacturing process development—from initial project sourcing through to SOP +90 days. You will lead cross-functional implementation, oversee vendor timelines and equipment budgets, and drive automation and lean concepts for high-volume automotive assembly operations.
