Canada Packers Inc. is seeking a Material Supply Coordinator for a 13-month contract at Landmark, MB. You will manage indirect purchasing processes, create and maintain purchase orders in SAP, and coordinate with internal sites to ensure PO compliance.

Responsibilities include vendor setup in SRM, catalog maintenance, and resolving invoice matching and price variance issues. Strong MS Office skills, organization, and multitasking ability are essential in this fast-paced team environment.

About This Opportunity:

Reporting to the Supervisor, Material Supply, the incumbent will be responsible for activities in the indirect purchasing process.

Responsibilities:

Purchase order creation, confirmation, and maintenance in SAP.

Communication with a large quantity of internal sites, to ensure adherence to the purchase order process.

Support, set up and training of new vendors and new users in SRM.

Maintaining preferred vendor and catalogue compliance.

Resolution of issues related to invoice matching and price variance.

Skills & Experience:

Previous experience considered an asset in:

  • A material supply role or accounts payable
  • Working with SAP

Must possess excellent skills in:

  • MS computer programs
  • Organization
  • Time management
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment as a member of a high-performance team
