Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive materials into LN ERP system and process documents.
• Organize, maintain and optimize inventories in warehouses.
• Manage inventory by labeling and reporting inaccuracies, while keeping the 'Factory track' tool up to date.
• Perform cycle counts when required.
• Maintain exterior premises.
• Contact supplier to arrange disposal of laser machine dust barrels.
• Operate forklifts, pallet trucks and overhead cranes to move materials, including unloading trailers, with safety in mind and inspect daily.
• Attend training courses to ensure qualifications are maintained and may train other staff.
• Support the supply chain team in inventory-related initiatives.
• Support the material handler in these tasks when required or in case of absence.
• All other related tasks are considered part of the role and may be assigned as needed.

Job Description

The Materials Receiving Coordinator will be responsible for the flow of incoming raw materials. He will provide technical support in the development, implementation and maintenance of manufacturing processes to facilitate the effective and efficient movement of materials.

Role and responsibilities

• Responsible for receiving materials into the LN (ERP) system and processing the necessary documents.
• Responsible for organizing, maintaining and optimizing inventories in the appropriate warehouses.
• Manage inventory by identifying, labeling and reporting inventory inaccuracies, while ensuring that the “Factory track” tool is kept up to date.
• Perform cycle counts when required.
• Maintain exterior premises.
• Contact supplier to arrange disposal of laser machine dust barrels.
• Operate forklifts, pallet trucks and overhead cranes to move materials, including unloading trailers, with due regard for the safety of self and environment and inspect and maintain on a daily basis.
• Attend training courses to ensure qualifications are maintained and may be required to train other staff.
