Brandt Group of Companies is seeking a Category Manager / Parts Product Manager focused on Material Handling. The role is onsite in Regina, with responsibilities spanning strategy, portfolio growth, vendor management, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize parts and accessories for forklifts and pallet jacks.

You will drive portfolio strategy, conduct market intelligence, and lead initiatives to source and launch products while partnering with branches and internal stakeholders for

Qualifications

• Proven track record in Category Management or Parts Marketing.
• Experience in Material Handling or related industrial sectors is a strong asset.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Data-driven decision making and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a Material Handling Parts Strategy to drive sales and margins.
• Build and maintain the Annual Business Plan for parts categories.
• Analyze coverage, gaps, and SKU optimization to grow the portfolio.
• Conduct market intelligence reviews on pricing, range, and trends.
• Lead vendor onboarding, evaluation, and strategic sourcing for parts.
• Collaborate with CSA’s, Parts Managers, and Service leadership for alignment.
• Deliver training to CSAs, Parts Managers, and Service teams to improve product knowledge.
• Support branches by analyzing sales and margin data to improve performance.
