Job summary

Brandt Group of Companies seeks a Category Manager for Underground and Tree Care to drive strategy, growth, and profitability for the parts product group. You will collaborate with CSAs, Parts Managers, and vendors to execute annual plans and expand margins.

You will lead training, market analysis, and product opportunities, ensuring strong customer relationships and a data-driven approach to sales growth across Canada and the US.

Due to continued growth, Brandt is currently seeking a Category Manager -Underground and Tree Care. You are the key player in the growth and development of the applicable commodity for sales and margin. You need to work closely with the CSA’s, and Parts Managers to execute Brandt customer programs. You will be the Brandt expert on Parts on said parts and will be relied on by all internal staff and customers for your experience and knowledge of these products and services. You will establish Strategy and implement Annual Business plans for this Product group with objectives to achieve sales and margin growth.

What You Will Be Responsible For

• Development and implementation of Strategy and Annual Business Plans
• Achievement of Parts revenue and margin growth objectives
• Execution of Annual Business Plan goals
• Establish Strategy and implement Annual Business plans for Product group to achieve sales and margin growth
• Coach, Support and Educate CSAs as required on applicable products
• Develop and Deliver training programs to develop CSA’s, Parts and Service Managers

• Market Intelligence on competition, customers, pricing, and segment trends
• Analyze sales and margin data to identify opportunities for CSA’s and branches.

A background in the applicable sector is very important. The ideal candidate will have a post-secondary education in business, engineering, or related experience.
