Job summary

Randstad Canada is hiring a General Labour in Oshawa, Ontario. You will join a safety‑minded team supporting daily facility operations and manufacturing workflows.

The role requires reliable work habits, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and full‑time availability for a 3‑month contract on either day or night shifts. You will review work orders, stage materials, move stock through the facility, and assist production teams while maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

Qualifications

• 3 months hands-on experience in material handling or warehouse/logistics (or equivalent vocational training).
• Must lift up to 50 lbs and be mobile during shifts.
• Full-time availability for 3-month contract on Day or Night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Review work orders with Team Lead to sequence material staging tasks.
• Pick, label, stage, and arrange raw materials and finished goods per guidelines.
• Transport inventory safely across the facility and production lines.
• Load and unload incoming and outgoing freight shipments.
• Organize stock on racks and storage bins using product codes.
• Supply assembly and manufacturing teams with needed materials to prevent line stops.
• Keep workstation clean, organized, and hazard-free; sort and recycle waste.
