Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a Material Handler to move materials across packaging, production, and processing areas on the production floor in Whitby, Ontario. The role requires operating manual pallet jacks and pump trucks, following work orders, and maintaining inventory flow in a clean pharmaceutical GMP environment.

This contract, onsite position in Whitby offers a three-shift rotation with a focus on day shift, opportunities to support warehouse operations, and precise documentation in line with

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of general production experience.
• Proven material handling experience in a production or warehouse environment.
• Experience working in GMP-regulated environments.
• Knowledge of SOPs and ability to follow written procedures accurately.
• Comfort using manual pallet jacks and pump trucks.
• Good English communication skills, including reading and writing.

Responsibilities

• Move materials and products between packaging, production, processing, and warehouse areas.
• Transport materials with pallet jacks and pump trucks throughout the plant.
• Follow work orders to ensure accurate material movement.
• Handle and organize materials to deliver to correct departments and locations.
• Lift and move items up to 50 lbs daily.
• Support warehouse inventory by loading, unloading, and staging materials.
