Job summary

Collins Aerospace is seeking a Material Handler at the Oakville facility in Ontario, Canada. The role reports to the Logistics Supervisor and supports cycle counting, on-the-floor material handling, kitting, expediting, and shipping/receiving operations.

The position involves operating lift trucks and cranes, using ERP (SAP) for data entry, and ensuring accurate documentation and throughput in a fast-paced environment. Afternoon shift, Monday–Friday, on-site in Oakville.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in shipping/receiving.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel/Word).
• Eligible to work in Canada; ITAR/CCGP compliance may apply.

Responsibilities

• Verify shipment details against bills of lading, invoices and orders.
• Unpack and receive product; enter data into ERP system.
• Prepare shipments per customer specs and pack orders.
• Prepare customs documentation for shipments.
