Job summary

Vecima Networks Inc. in Saskatoon is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support inventory control and material movement. You will consolidate stock, pick parts, perform bin audits, and ensure safety guidelines are followed in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates should have a Grade 12 or GED, 2–4 years of related experience, strong computer skills, and the ability to lift 40 lbs. WMS and forklift experience are a plus. Vecima offers competitive pay and a supportive team.

Position Summary

Duties Include (but Are Not Limited To)

• Consolidate items in stock
• Put parts away
• Bin audits and cycle counts
• Follow procedures for any material movement
• Communicate daily tasks with Inventory Control Analyst
• Picking part requisitions and Manufacturing Orders (MOs)
• Follow the warehouse safety guidelines
• Comply with Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) & MSL handling
• Package up outbound materials for sales orders
• Ensure aisles, shelves and bins are kept clean and organized
• Continuous improvement on materials handling process
• Verify and put away finished goods
• Bi-weekly checks of WMI material
• Report any issues to Inventory Control Analyst and Warehouse Manager
• Help other departments when required (Receiving and Shipping)

Position Requirements
