Job summary

Propak Systems Ltd. is seeking a warehouse associate in Alberta who will prepare material packages, track inventory by work orders, and assist with material transfers. The role includes operating reach trucks and LPG forklifts, performing daily equipment checks, and ensuring accurate housekeeping in the shop.

The position requires a high school diploma and relevant warehouse experience; exposure to the oil and gas industry is advantageous, as is teamwork under deadlines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Relevant warehouse experience preferred.
• Oil and gas industry exposure is an asset.
• Experience working in a team with deadlines is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Prepare material packages for the shop using work instructions and following shop schedule.
• Package and track material by work orders for storage until needed in shop.
• Complete material transfers as required.
• Perform regular cycle counts on inventory items.
• Track and supply shop material shortages.
• Receive materials as required.
• Operate electric reach truck and LPG forklift.
• Complete daily equipment checklists.
• Follow Propak commodity and task specific work instructions.
• Use small hand tools, pallet jacks and hand dolly.
• Daily housekeeping tasks.
• Perform other warehouse tasks as required.
• Participate in Safe Work Practices and Policies.
