Thermea Spa Village Whitby is seeking passionate Massage Therapists (Contract) in Whitby, Ontario to join our wellness village. As an independent contractor, you will deliver a range of massage therapies and contribute to creating a memorable guest experience within our spa village.

You will provide Swedish, deep tissue, aromatherapy, and prenatal massages, while building a loyal client base and adhering to established protocols. Flexibility for weekday evenings and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be registered with CMTO and in good standing.
• Proof of professional liability insurance.
• Basic computer skills.
• Positive and friendly attitude.
• Clear English communication with guests and staff.

Responsabilités

What we need

The Massage Therapist's primary objective is to provide various types of massage therapy treatments. This individual welcomes guests and performs the services in accordance with established protocols. They advise and respond to guest requests while ensuring excellent service and a memorable experience.

Whatyou'lldo

• Provide Swedish, deep tissue, aromatherapy, and prenatal massage treatments to Thermea Spa Village Whitby guests;
• Actively contribute to building a loyal client base and the continued improvement of the guest experience;
• Respect the organization’s established policies and procedures;
• Provide safe, effective, relaxing services using advanced massage techniques, and readily adapts to guest feedback;
• Ensure the proper, safe use of spa equipment.

Profile needed

What is the profile needed in order to be successful in this position

• Certificate of Registration, in good standing, with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario [CMTO].
• Proof of Professional insurance - malpractice and liability;
• Basic computer skills;
• Positive and friendly attitude;
• Must be able to communicate clearly with customers, managers and other associates in English

When

• Weekday Evenings between 3:30pm - 9:45pm
• Holidays
• Flexibility is required

What

• Independent contractor contract with a competitive pricing structure ;
• $62-77/hr
