Playground is seeking a Certified Massage Therapist to provide massage services to players in a dynamic casino environment. This part-time role requires bilingual French and English communication and a strong customer-service focus in a fast-paced setting.

The position offers 2–4 shifts per week with evenings, nights and weekends, competitive hourly pay, paid training, and opportunities for career advancement within Playground's expanding facilities.

Playground is an internationally renowned gaming destination located a short 15-minute drive south of downtown Montreal, within the Mohawk territory of Kahnawake. We are currently expanding, unveiling new gaming floors, a luxurious hotel, and specialized dining options.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Certified Massage Therapist with a strong customer service focus, adept at thriving in an unconventional work environment. In this role, you will provide exceptional massage services to our players, employing a variety of techniques to improve circulation, promote relaxation, and alleviate stress.

Schedule:

Schedule: Part-time, 2-4 shifts a week, evenings, nights, weekends.
Monday, Saturday 8:00pm - 3:00am
Wednesday, Friday 8:00pm - 3:00am
Tuesday 8:00am -3:00am, Friday 7:00pm-2:00am

Requirements:

• Must be bilingual (French and English) and 18 years or older.
• Must have a valid work permit or be a Canadian resident
• Must have at least 400 hours of training in a recognized massage technique.
• Be a member of a recognized association (mandatory).
• Must have liability insurance (mandatory).
• Chair massage’s training is an asset.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as within a team setting.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment

Horaire : Temps Partial, 2 à 4 quarts par semaine, soirées, nuits, fins de semaine.
lundi, samedi : 20h à 3h
mercredi, vendredi : 20h à 3h
mardi : 8h à 3h, vendredi : 19h à 2h

Responsabilités :

• Masser les joueurs en utilisant différentes techniques pour améliorer la circulation, promouvoir la relaxation et soulager le stress.
• Répondre aux besoins des joueurs de manière opportune et professionnelle.
• Respecter la liste d'attente du massothérapeute et s'y conformer.
• Nettoyer et désinfecter les fauteuils de massage après chaque massage.
• Respecter les normes, les politiques et les règlements de l'aire de jeu.
• Remplir la feuille de temps avec précision.

Exigences :

• Être bilingue (français et anglais) et avoir 18 ans ou plus.
• Avoir un permis de travail valide ou être résident canadien.
• Avoir suivi au moins 400 heures de formation dans une technique de massage reconnue.
• Être membre d'une association reconnue (obligatoire).
• Posséder une assurance responsabilité civile (obligatoire).
• Une formation en massage sur chaise est un atout.
• Excellentes compétences en matière de présentation.
• Capacité à travailler de façon autonome avec un minimum de supervision ainsi qu'au sein d'une équipe.
• Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois et à rester calme et professionnel dans un environnement où les activités se déroulent à un rythme rapide.
