Capital Commercial Real Estate Services Inc. seeks a full-time Marketing Specialist to support marketing across departments. The role requires an organized, detail-focused team player who can thrive in a fast-paced Winnipeg office environment.

Responsibilities include creating brochures and ads, coordinating social media, updating the company website, and managing email campaigns. A marketing-focused education and strong Adobe/Microsoft skills are preferred for success.

Formación

• Post-secondary marketing or communications education.
• Creative Communications program at Red River College preferred.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Microsoft 365: SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams.
• Excellent time management and ability to multitask.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative eye with attention to detail.
• Access to a vehicle and valid driver’s license is an asset.

Responsabilidades

• Supporting and collaborating with the marketing manager, sales teams and admin staff.
• Creating marketing materials including brochures, sale packages, advertisements, and research reports.
• Coordinating various social media accounts.
• Managing and updating the company website.
• Creation and distribution of email campaigns.
• Assist in planning client and company events.
• Produce various research reports within the commercial real estate market.
