We are looking for a customer-centric Marketing Specialist to join the Base Revenue and Product Marketing team at FreshBooks. The Base Revenue area focuses on driving upsell tactics to our paying customers including plan changes, FreshBooks add-ons, and partner add-ons. The team develops strategies and tactics to drive this metric including email marketing drips, ad hoc campaigns and offers, as well as in-product communications.
The Marketing Specialist role will collaborate on the Base strategy and lead the execution of our marketing campaigns. This dynamic role will work with other marketing stakeholders, analytics, sales, business development, and more, to successfully drive a strong go-to-market strategy for our base customers. This role has the exciting opportunity to directly influence key KPIs for FreshBooks including increasing subscription and add-on monthly recurring revenue (MRR).
Please note: This role can be performed remotely; however, the working hours will be 9 AM to 5 PM EST/EDT.
