Talent Drive is partnering with a leading global FMCG organisation to recruit a Procurement Category Specialist – Marketing in Surrey. This hybrid role invites you to develop expertise across Marketing categories by sourcing, supplier management and stakeholder engagement.

Working with Marketing, Brand and Digital teams, you will deliver commercial value through effective sourcing solutions and supplier negotiations while building strong relationships across the supplier base.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience within Procurement, Sourcing or Category Management.
• Experience in Marketing Procurement, agency services, events or promotional materials would be advantageous.
• Experience managing sourcing exercises, supplier negotiations and commercial evaluations.
• Strong stakeholder management with marketing teams.
• A commercially minded, proactive individual keen to develop within Marketing Procurement.

Responsibilities

• Support sourcing activities across Marketing categories including Creative Agencies, Media, Events, Brand Activations, POS and Promotional Materials.
• Manage RFQs, RFPs, supplier evaluations and commercial negotiations.
• Partner closely with Marketing stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver effective sourcing solutions.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, supporting contract negotiations and ongoing supplier performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve commercial value, supplier relationships and procurement processes.
