Linsco is seeking an experienced Strategic Procurement Manager to lead high-value procurement programs for local authorities across the region. The role focuses on strategic planning, governance and delivering commercial efficiencies in a complex, multi-partner environment.

The position is hybrid in Surrey, outside IR35, paying 500 per day, initial 6 months with potential extension; senior stakeholders and coaching responsibilities included.

• Work closely with senior stakeholders, directors and partner organisations to deliver commercial objectives.
• Identify opportunities to improve value for money, efficiency and service delivery.
• Lead tendering and contract management activity, ensuring compliance with procurement legislation and regulations.
• Drive social value through procurement initiatives.
• Lead, coach and develop a small team of procurement professionals.
• Deliver innovative procurement strategies and collaborative projects across partner councils.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Strategic Procurement Manager to join a major public sector procurement partnership, supporting multiple local authorities across the region.

This is an excellent opportunity for a senior procurement professional to lead high-value, strategic procurement projects, drive commercial efficiencies and influence senior stakeholders across a complex, multi-partner environment.

Essential Experience & Qualifications
