Job summary

Dentalcorp Health Services LTD. is seeking a Coordinator, Marketing Onboarding to support the integration of newly acquired dental practices into the Dentalcorp network.

The role focuses on coordinating onboarding activities, maintaining practice data, and delivering marketing deliverables to set practices up for day-one success. You will collaborate with Marketing, Operations, IT, and Corporate Development to improve onboarding processes, while ensuring data quality and timely intake.

Qualifications

• Highly organized and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience tracking tasks, managing priorities, and providing status updates.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Exposure to digital marketing, SEO, paid media, or website operations.
• Experience in healthcare, multi-location retail, franchise, or service-based organizations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding activities for newly acquired practices.
• Complete intake documentation accurately and on time.
• Compile, validate, and maintain practice data from multiple sources.
• Monitor onboarding progress and follow up with stakeholders.
• Maintain onboarding workflows and task updates in Asana and related systems.
• Track deliverables, provide status updates, and escalate risks or delays as needed.
• Partner with Marketing, Operations, IT, and Corporate Development teams to coordinate onboarding requirements.
• Support improvements to onboarding processes and workflow efficiency.
