Job description

Venor has partnered with Fidelis Law for the recruitment of a Marketing Manager.

Fidelis Law is a dedicated personal injury firm with offices in Moncton and Edmundston, New Brunswick. We are committed to providing exceptional legal representation to personal injury victims. As a relatively small firm, we take pride in offering personalized and compassionate service to our clients, ensuring their rights are protected and their voices are heard.

The Marketing Manager will report to the Partners of the firm and direct the research, planning, and development of strategic marketing plans. They will develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to promote the brand and support the organization’s business initiatives. The Marketing Manager will also manage the planning and execution of all marketing activities.

What you’ll be doing:
  1. Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.
  2. Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration.
  3. Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
  4. Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics.
  5. Develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets.
  6. Conceptualize and execute multichannel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging in all channels.
  7. Manage content calendar and key stakeholder requests, establish budget guidelines, participate in events, and manage digital marketing platforms.
  8. Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads.
  9. Identify the effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly.
  10. Present ideas and final deliverables to internal teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets.

The ideal candidate for this role has demonstrated skills, knowledge, and experience as a highly skilled marketing professional. You possess strong creative, strategic, and analytical skills. You bring a track record of innovation and entrepreneurial activity. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must. You will have at least 3 years of related marketing experience and likely be working today in a marketing role where you have demonstrated success from the strategic side. A bachelor’s degree in business or marketing is preferred, while a graduate degree is an asset. Being bilingual in English and French is essential.
