Position Summary

The Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the image and identity of multiple brands. This individual will develop and execute engaging marketing strategies across a variety of channels, helping to build brand equity, drive consumer engagement, and foster customer loyalty.

This opportunity is ideal for a creative, strategic thinker who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys bringing brands to life through impactful storytelling and campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership : Lead and mentor a team of two marketing professionals to deliver high-impact results.
  • Brand Strategy : Craft and adapt brand messaging to effectively connect with target audiences and reinforce brand identity.
  • Campaign Execution : Design and implement omni-channel marketing campaigns that drive engagement, conversion, and growth.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Coordinate closely with sales, product planning, and trade marketing teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of initiatives.
  • Market Intelligence : Stay ahead of industry trends, gather market insights, and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Product Launches : Support product planning in the creation and execution of effective commercial launch strategies.
  • Performance Tracking : Analyze marketing campaign performance and use insights to refine strategy and improve outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master's degree is an asset).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or a related role in the consumer goods industry.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Experience with SAP S4 / Hana Public Cloud is an asset.
  • French language proficiency is an asset , both written and spoken.
  • This role requires working 5 days on-site in Markham. Please note : the office is not easily accessible by public transit .
  • Contract duration : 4-5 months , with a possibility of extension.
