Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 per year. Monday to Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm (+3 weeks vacation)

Summary of Position:

The Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Rusch Design Build’s marketing efforts, including social media management, blog writing, SEO coordination, scheduling photo and video shoots for completed projects, managing client appreciation initiatives, and overseeing company events. This role also manages online reviews, referrals, advertising campaigns, website collaboration, and ensures all marketing activities align with the company's vision and culture. Maintain the Rusch Design Build standard of excellence through a TEAM approach.

Position Requirements:

• Strong written and verbal communication, organizational skills, and must be detail-oriented.

• Positive attitude with a proactive and creative mindset. • Exceptional knowledge of digital marketing strategies, social media platforms, and content creation. • Ability to effectively manage budgets and track marketing expenditures. • Experience working with SEO companies and understanding of SEO best practices. • Knowledge and experience with website management and collaboration. • Skilled in organizing and executing professional events. • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, team members, and external partners. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, social media tools (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.), WordPress, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta platforms. • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. • Availability to participate in occasional events outside regular business hours. • Represent the company professionally in all interactions and communications. • Commitment to ongoing professional development in marketing strategies and industry trends. • Maintain confidentiality and uphold company values and integrity.

Specific Duties:

Planning & Strategy: • Establish yearly marketing plan and update quarterly in conjunction with the Management Team. • Create annual marketing calendar with corresponding budget in conjunction with the Management Team. • Ensure consistency of the Rusch Design Build brand across all marketing and advertising initiatives. • Participate in weekly sales/design meetings and provide updates on current initiatives. • Create and present monthly lead reports.

Digital Marketing & Social Media: • Plan, create, and manage all social media content and campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter). • Write engaging, SEO-optimized blog posts relevant to home renovation and design. • Coordinate with external SEO company to ensure ongoing website optimization and performance. • Review and oversee Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns.

Photography & Videography Coordination: • Schedule and oversee photography and videography of completed projects, coordinating with photographers, videographers, and homeowners. • Initiate and administrate all photography of completed projects. • Create and administrate project summaries including photos (before and after) and project stories.

Client Relations & Communication: • Organize client appreciation and thank-you gifts to foster ongoing relationships. • Conduct regular client "temperature checks" to ensure satisfaction. • Proactively request and manage client reviews and referrals. • Initiate and administrate customer referral program.

Website Management: • Maintain and update website regularly to ensure timely updates and improvements. • Regularly review website content to maintain accuracy, relevance, and high-quality user experience.

Marketing Materials: • Develop and maintain company flyers, brochures, direct mail, postcards, and promotional materials. • Ensure all materials align with Rusch Design Build’s branding guidelines. • Review and update marketing materials regularly.

Event Planning: • Plan and execute company events, including staff team-building, client appreciation events, open houses, seminars, and community involvement activities. • Manage event logistics, budgeting, invitations, and vendor coordination.

Budget & Reporting: • Develop and manage the marketing budget, providing regular reports on expenditures and ROI. • Track marketing metrics and analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements.

Awards & Advertising: • Research and administrate entry to awards (CHBA, BILD, etc.). • Research and administrate creative advertising venues. • Produce and administrate all magazine ads.

Continuous Improvement & Research: • Identify opportunities to improve existing marketing strategies and introduce innovative solutions. • Perform market research and competitor analysis. • Stay informed of industry trends and competitor activities.

General Administrative Duties: • General office administrative support including typing, proofreading, filing, photocopying. • Backup office staff when needed. • Create and maintain databases. • Perform other duties as assigned.
