What You’ll Be Doing

  • Developing and executing strategic marketing plans across digital, social, email, and experiential channels
  • Leading content creation and overseeing brand storytelling for web, blog, social, and advertising
  • Managing campaign calendars and coordinating across internal teams and external vendors
  • Analyzing performance metrics to guide future campaigns and improve ROI
  • Crafting high-impact assets and overseeing visuals, copy, and brand consistency
  • Supporting client acquisition with lead generation strategies and nurturing funnels
  • Creating marketing assets for weddings, group travel, and corporate activations
  • Collaborating on influencer partnerships, press opportunities, and community growth

You’ll Thrive If You Have:

  • 2–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in travel, events, hospitality, or luxury lifestyle
  • A strong portfolio of campaigns that blend creativity with performance
  • Mastery of social platforms, content tools, email marketing, and paid ad strategy
  • An eye for aesthetics, tone, and detail — and the ability to lead others to deliver on that vision
  • Confidence in data, content calendars, and campaign management
