Intercap Impact, a division of Intercap Inc., is seeking a creative, proactive, and adaptable Marketing Design Consultant for a minimum 12-month full-time maternity leave contract starting August 18, 2025. You will be part of a collaborative team dedicated to impactful initiatives like OWL (Open World Learning) and Greater Purpose.

This role is ideal for someone with at least 3 years of experience in design and marketing, comfortable multitasking and delivering projects swiftly while maintaining brand consistency. It’s a great opportunity to engage in meaningful, purpose-driven work.

Responsibilities include:

• Designing marketing collateral using Canva Pro and Adobe Creative Suite
• Creating and scheduling social media content with Later
• Crafting email newsletters with MailChimp
• Producing and editing video content with CapCut and Canva
• Updating web content (experience with Duda or Figma is a plus)
• Managing outreach campaigns via Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator

Daily tasks:

• Developing social media strategies and content calendars
• Creating engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter
• Managing paid campaigns on Google Ads
• Writing SEO-focused blog posts
• Website updates and improvements
• Designing promotional materials and presentations
• Collaborating on outreach and lead generation strategies

Ideal candidate:

• Experienced marketing/design professional with strong branding skills
• Capable of handling diverse tasks with quick turnarounds
• Proficient in Canva, MailChimp, Later, and familiar with Adobe tools
• Knowledgeable in SEO, campaign strategies, and lead generation
• A team player who values collaboration and impact
• Located in Toronto and able to work in-person at least 3 times per week in our midtown office
