Century Casino St. Albert is seeking a Marketing Customer Service Representative to greet guests, process lottery and merchandise transactions, enroll patrons in Winners’ Zone and Winners’ Edge programs, and promote promotions within the casino.
You will handle data entry, assist with events, maintain inventory counts, and deliver exceptional customer service while working flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Greets and welcomes Century Casino guests with a friendly and professional demeanor at every opportunity. Processes lottery and merchandise cashier transactions. Signs up Casino patrons to enroll in the Winners’ Zoneand Winner’s Edge programs and virtually communicates the advantages of both programs. Data entry of points where required, processing members’ reports, minor maintenance on kiosks, etc. Within the casino, assists with the execution of marketing promotions, maintains daily counts of inventory, and upholds the highest commitment to customer service.

Ability to read and interpret all types of documents in English.
Basic math including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and basic problem-solving skills.
Ability to apply customer service knowledge and experience in day-to-day work scenarios. Ability to recognize and solve customer matters.
