Job summary

Century Downs Racetrack and Casino is seeking a Marketing Customer Service Representative to join our marketing team, with primary availability for evening and weekend shifts. You will be the first point of contact for guests and help enroll them in loyalty programs.

You will also process transactions, support promotions and events across the casino floor, input data, generate reports, and help maintain accurate rewards records.

Qualifications

• One year or more of marketing experience.
• High School Diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests professionally and welcome them.
• Enroll patrons in the Winners’ Zone and Winner’s Edge programs.
• Process lottery and merchandise cashier transactions.
• Input data, generate reports, and manage rewards point redemptions.
• Support promotions and events with setup and guest assistance.
• Handle cash accurately and perform Micros/Lottery terminal transactions.
• Maintain inventory of promotional items and merchandise.
• Communicate with guests, team members, and other departments.
• Assist with maintenance on self-serve kiosks and machines.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Answer guest service calls and assist with inquiries.

The Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests—delivering exceptional service, assisting with player rewards programs, processing transactions, and supporting marketing promotions and events across the casino floor.

Education / Experience: One (1) or more years of recent and related marketing experience. High School Diploma required.
