Job Title: Event Producer & Talent Coordinator (Part-Time)

Location: Liberty Village, Toronto + Remote (WFA)

Pay: $2,000–$2,500/month (15–20 hrs/week, depending on experience and capacity)

About the Role

We're looking for a proactive and organized Event Producer & Talent Coordinator to join our team in a part-time capacity. This role is perfect for junior event planners, experienced artists with a strong track record in weddings and luxury events, or anyone with event coordination experience who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

You’ll be managing the logistics and artist coordination for multiple in-flight events across North America, with a consistent 15–20 hour/week workload. This is not a casual or on-call gig — it’s a structured, part-time role with clear expectations and opportunities for increased responsibility and hours based on company growth.

Key Responsibilities

Event Production (Logistics & Coordination)

  • Support logistics for weddings, corporate events, and ongoing series across Canada and the U.S.
  • Coordinate artist travel, schedules, call sheets, and performance logistics.
  • Attend virtual client meetings and collaborate across time zones.
  • Maintain and update internal CRM with event and talent data.
  • Occasionally assist onsite at select events (evenings/weekends).

Talent Roster & Artist Coordination

  • Assign musicians and DJs to events, ensuring alignment with brand and client needs.
  • Communicate logistics, expectations, and timelines to artists.
  • Ensure artists are prepped, organized, and represent the company professionally.

What We're Looking For

Preferred Backgrounds:

  • Experienced event planners and coordinators looking to grow
  • Experienced artists (musicians/DJs) who have worked weddings or luxury events and are detail-oriented and organized

Experience & Skills:

  • 3+ years in event coordination, talent management, or live entertainment
  • Confident communicator with strong attention to detail
  • Able to manage 20–30 in-flight events at a time
  • Organized, independent, and proactive
  • Comfortable with Google Workspace, CRM tools (like Pipedrive), and internal scheduling platforms
  • Minimum 15 hrs/week (not suitable for those seeking <10 hrs)
  • Flexible schedule with core availability needed during weekday business hours
  • Ability to scale hours up during peak seasons or based on event volume

Why Join Us?

  • Be part of a fast-moving, high-performance team
  • Get direct mentorship and ownership of your own portfolio of events
  • Collaborate with top-tier talent and luxury clients
  • Contribute meaningfully to a growing North American brand
