Job description

Position Summary

Join a small, but mighty marketing team supporting two regional airline brands: Perimeter Aviation and Bearskin Airlines. We’re looking for an organized, resourceful, and proactive marketer who takes initiative and enjoys bringing projects to life. You confidently manage competing priorities and have a passion for marketing execution, from coordinating campaigns and managing email marketing to overseeing merchandise, signage, and working with external suppliers.

As the Marketing Coordinator, you’re a detail-oriented problem-solver who takes ownership of projects, anticipates next steps, and sees things through to completion. Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Communications, you’ll collaborate closely with colleagues across marketing, revenue management, operations, and other departments to support a wide range of marketing initiatives while ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with our brands.

Who You Are
  • Organized and detail-oriented. You can manage competing priorities, keep track of the details, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Proactive and resourceful. You anticipate next steps, identify potential challenges, and find solutions rather than waiting for direction.
  • A strong communicator. You're comfortable working with colleagues, suppliers, and external partners to coordinate projects and keep everyone informed.
  • Accountable and dependable. You take ownership of your responsibilities, follow through on commitments, and see projects through to completion.
  • Adaptable and collaborative. You enjoy working in an environment where priorities can shift, and you're willing to jump in where needed.
  • Brand-conscious. You understand the importance of consistency, quality, and attention to detail across every customer touchpoint.
