Are you a detail-oriented marketer with a passion for digital campaigns, marketing automation, and data-driven results?

Smythe LLP (Smythe) is looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team at our downtown Vancouver office. Reporting directly to the Senior Marketing & Communications Manager , you’ll play a key role in supporting and executing digital marketing campaigns and maintaining critical MarTech platforms. You’ll thrive if you enjoy working behind the scenes to make campaigns run smoothly and get excited about automation, segmentation, and digital performance metrics in a finance / professional services environment.

  • Utilize Microsoft Dynamics to create and schedule email / survey automation and user journeys
  • Support the creation of multi-channel marketing campaigns from ideation to asset creation and campaign execution
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, using insights to adjust strategies and improve results
  • Maintain and update the Smythe website in WordPress, ensuring content is optimized for SEO and providing a positive user experience
  • Produce engaging content for various media, including social media, website, business development collateral and digital / traditional advertisements
  • Review and update proposals and PowerPoint presentations with attention to style, grammar, layout and design
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth
  • Support the execution of client events and webinars
  • Work closely with other departments and external stakeholders to support firm-wide objectives and initiatives
  • Serve as liaison with external vendors, including print houses, photographers, and event venues
  • Occasional assistance for special events outside regular work hours (8.30 am to 5.00 pm) may be required

What we’re looking for

  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a marketing position or related role, experience in B2B / Professional Services industry is strongly preferred
  • A portfolio or work samples demonstrating your creative skills and campaign experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or similar field
  • Experience with email automation software (Microsoft Dynamics proficiency an asset)
  • Proficient in MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience with paid digital advertising including LinkedIn, Meta, and Google Ads
  • Experience with analytics & intelligence tools, such as GA4 and Power BI
  • Up-to-date knowledge of SEO tools and best practices
  • Experience with photography and videography using a DSLR, as well as post-production in Adobe Creative Suite and / or Canva
  • Excellent communication skills (English), both written and verbal, with knowledge of adapting writing for various media / audiences
  • Strong attention to detail, takes pride in producing high-quality work
  • Self-motivated team player, takes initiative and manages priorities effectively
