Chemical.AI is seeking a Marketing Coordinator (or Manager, depending on experience) to plan, execute, and optimize marketing programs that drive engagement and brand awareness in the enterprise software market. This role blends event and digital marketing with product marketing initiatives to support sales growth and customer success.

You will manage events, webinars, website/SEO, content, and collaboration with Product and Sales to develop positioning for launches and expansions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of marketing experience in B2B or enterprise software.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing platforms (SEO tools, LinkedIn, Google Analytics, CMS).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience coordinating events or working across global markets is an asset.
  • Ability to travel internationally (up to 10%).

Responsibilities

  • Event Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute trade shows, conferences, and regional user group meetings.
  • Webinars & Virtual Events: Schedule, promote, and host webinars; track attendance metrics and follow-ups.
  • Website & SEO Management: Update website content, monitor performance, and implement SEO strategies.
  • Market & Competitor Intelligence: Research industry trends, monitor competitor offerings, and prepare insights.
  • Content Development: Create marketing assets including case studies, blog posts, and LinkedIn content.
  • Product Marketing Support: Collaborate with Product and Sales to develop positioning and messaging for launches.
  • Conference & Channel Research: Identify relevant industry conferences and partnership opportunities.

  • Market & Competitor Intelligence:Research industry trends, monitor competitor offerings, and prepare insights to help refine product marketing strategies.
  • Content Development:Create marketing assets including case studies, blog posts, and LinkedIn content that highlight customer success stories and product innovation.
  • Product Marketing Support:Collaborate with Product and Sales teams to develop positioning, messaging, and campaign materials for new product launches or enhancements.
  • Conference & Channel Research:Identify relevant industry conferences, regional events, and partnership opportunities to support brand expansion.
