Job summary

CAA Atlantic, headquartered in Saint John, New Brunswick, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support multi‑channel campaigns and partner projects. The role requires coordinating content, briefs, and timelines while aligning with brand standards and goals.

You will collaborate with internal teams, manage schedules, and help produce reports and briefs. The position emphasizes initiative, organization, and effective communication in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or related field.
  • 1–3 years experience in marketing coordination, campaign support, event coordination or similar role.
  • Strong project coordination and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication to prepare briefs, updates, and marketing materials.
  • Experience supporting multi-channel marketing initiatives (email, social, direct mail, events, partnerships).
  • Comfortable with digital marketing tools and analytics/reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate planning, execution, and wrap-up of multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social, direct mail, member initiatives).
  • Prepare briefs and support content development aligned with brand standards and timelines.
  • Manage project plans, schedules, and workflows to deliver campaigns on time and within scope.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and briefs.
  • Support partnerships by coordinating communications, tracking deliverables, and assisting with reporting.

  • Prepare marketing briefs and support content development, ensuring materials align with brand standards, objectives, and timelines.
  • Manage project plans, schedules, and workflows to deliver multiple marketing initiatives on time and within scope.
  • Prepare reports, presentations & briefs.
  • Support internal and external partnerships by coordinating communications, tracking deliverables, and assisting with reporting and follow‑up.
  • Track and compile basic campaign performance data and assist with reports, presentations, and post‑campaign summaries.
  • Execute direct mail campaigns and support inventory management for marketing collateral and promotional items.
  • Assist with marketing events, sponsorships, and community initiatives, including logistics coordination and post‑event follow‑up.
  • Provide responsive, customer‑focused marketing support to internal teams, members, suppliers, and partners.
