Blizza Brands is seeking a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role blends creativity with a deep understanding of retail operations and customer engagement strategies to drive brand success in a competitive marketplace. You'll be a key player in executing impactful campaigns, engaging customers, and supporting cross-functional teams to enhance our in-store experience.
Key Responsibilities :
Campaign Execution
Plan and execute in-store activations in line with brand standards and strategic goals.
Coordinate product launches, demos, sampling efforts, and special events to increase foot traffic and boost sales.
Develop in-store experiences that promote customer interaction and elevate satisfaction.
Provide knowledgeable, personalized service to customers, answering questions and promoting products.
Work with store managers, sales associates, and the marketing team to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to manage timelines, logistics, and execution.
Ensure promotional displays and signage are visually compelling and aligned with brand aesthetics.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishments during campaigns.
Assist with sourcing, ordering, and tracking branded merchandise for company initiatives.
Support the distribution of branded items for events, retail programs, and partner outreach.
Work closely with Marketing and Sales teams to ensure merchandise aligns with campaign needs and brand standards.
Performance Analysis
Track and evaluate the effectiveness of activations using key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, sales, and engagement.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve future campaigns.
Training & Development
Train retail staff on campaign goals, product features, and effective customer interaction techniques.
Motivate team members to drive successful activations.
Customer Experience Oversight
Manage customer inquiries and complaints across all channels : in-store, social media, phone, and email.
Use a CRM or ticketing system to track and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring follow-up within 48 hours.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns quickly and effectively.
Establish and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for consistent customer service.
Analyze customer feedback and identify trends to suggest process improvements.
Conduct post-resolution follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
Perform regular quality checks on customer communications to uphold brand standards.
Escalate high-priority cases to senior leadership as needed.
Generate regular reports on customer service metrics such as resolution times, issue volume, and satisfaction ratings.
Stay current with best practices to enhance and streamline customer experience strategies.
Skills and Qualifications :
Industry Experience : Previous experience in retail marketing, sales, or event coordination within the Cannabis industry is required .
Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Project Management : Proven ability to handle multiple projects, timelines, and priorities simultaneously.
Tech-Savvy : Comfortable using technology including QR codes, mobile / tablet apps, and CRM tools.
Customer Service Focus : Strong orientation toward delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Detail-Oriented : High standards for display execution, merchandising, and branding compliance.
Analytical : Ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights from campaign and customer service performance.
