Job description

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Marketing Coordinator will support the day-to-day management of all stakeholder-facing Marketing platforms for Massage Addict. This role requires an individual with exceptional awareness and knowledge of all frontline and operational aspects of Marketing platforms, exemplary attention to detail, and experience working in fast-paced, demanding, and interactive team environments.

Proudly Canadian and Locally Owned, Massage Addict is Canada’s first and largest membership-based therapeutic wellness franchise. Established in Nova Scotia in 2008 as a single clinic offering Massage Therapy, it has grown to over 125 locations across Canada, offering Massage Therapy, Chiropractic Care, Acupuncture, and Reflexology. Our focus is on pain management and stress relief, aiming to be Canada's go-to for therapeutic wellness.

What you will bring to the role:

  • Post-secondary degree or certification in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of marketing experience.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong planning, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Highly adaptable, motivated, and a collaborative team player.
  • Ability to work in a lean organization and coordinate with external partners.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google GSuite, Google Analytics.
  • Experience with Email Marketing platforms (SendGrid, Hubspot, etc.).
  • Understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and content strategies.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in franchise organizations is a plus.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools (Sprout Social, Hootsuite, etc.).
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms like Canva, Mailchimp.
  • Experience monitoring reviews and reputation management.

Role Responsibilities:

Email Marketing
  • Coordinate creatives for various email campaigns.
  • Execute weekly email campaigns using SendGrid and Hubspot.
  • Manage deadlines for email calendars.
  • Coordinate with content writers for quarterly plans.
Reviews and Reputation
  • Respond to client reviews via SOCi platform.
Website
  • Update practitioner bios and minor copy edits.
  • Coordinate blog marketing and website audits.
Social Media
  • Manage social media calendars and content assets.
  • Monitor social media pages and KPIs.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends.
Digital Assets
  • Manage practitioner images and marketing assets.
  • Support in-clinic marketing materials and event assets.
