We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator who enjoys creating content, managing digital platforms, and turning technical products into engaging customer stories.This is a hands-on role where you'll help shape MSS's marketing presence, support product launches, create digital content, and contribute directly to how our customers engage with our products and services.

More importantly, you'll play a key role in lead generation, customer engagement, brand awareness, and business growth across Canada, and for certain product lines, international markets. You'll work closely with our Sales, Service, and Applications teams to translate complex technologies into clear, compelling marketing that creates real customer value.

What You'll Do

• Manage and update website content, plugins, and functionality
• Shoot and edit product demonstrations, application videos, and social media content
• Create and schedule content for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital platforms
• Write customer success stories, case studies, blog posts, and website content
• Support email marketing, trade shows, product launches, and promotional initiatives
• Collaborate with Sales, Service, and Applications teams to communicate technical solutions and customer value

What We're Looking For

• 1-3 years of experience in marketing, content creation, digital marketing, communications, or a related role
• Recent graduates with strong portfolios will also be considered
• Experience managing websites and social media platforms
• Comfortable creating photo and video content for digital platforms
• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and take ownership of commitments
• Experience in B2B, industrial, manufacturing, technical, scientific, engineering, packaging, food processing, or laboratory-related marketing is considered an asset
• Experience with WordPress, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar tools is an asset
• French language skills are considered an asset
• Willingness to work on-site in Long Sault, Ontario
