Kompas Montreal is seeking a versatile marketer to own content and brand across channels, blending writing and design to create a cohesive voice.
You will manage content calendar, produce LinkedIn posts, blogs, emails, and gated resources, and lead small campaigns in HubSpot.
The role is hybrid, 3 days in-office in Montreal, with a budget for tooling and mentoring to help you own the brand end-to-end.
Write it. Design it. Ship it. All three, by you.
Kompas·Montreal, QC·Hybrid (3 days in-office)·$65,000-$75,000 based on experience
Kompas is a next-generation property management and accounting platform built for modern real estate operators. We pair accounting-grade accuracy with software people actually enjoy using - for property managers, residents, and owners alike.
We already have the go-to-market strategy and a strong brand foundation. What we need now is someone to bring that brand to life consistently, across every channel, and to own how it looks while doing it.
We're backed by Canadian Government funding specifically to take our go-to-market execution to the next level. In practice, that means a real budget for tooling, training, and coaching - and a mandate to build something rather than just keep the lights on.
You're the relatively rare marketer who can write the post and design it. You've likely been the person on a small team who ended up doing a bit of everything - the copy, the layout, a quick video edit - and got genuinely good at all of it.
You want a brand you can put your fingerprints on, not a style guide to police. And if you've been boxed in as "the writer" or "the designer" when you're clearly more than either, this is the role that lets you use the whole toolkit.
You'll also have a seat in our go-to-market strategy discussions. Your input shapes the plan - you're not just handed the output of it.
It is: execution-focused, design-driven, high-ownership, and genuinely involved in strategy.
It isn't: a paid media role - you won't own ad spend. It isn't strategy-only, and it isn't a people-management role.
