Job Title: Marketing Communications Specialist

Location: Longueuil, QC J4H 3V7

Duration: Temp to Perm

Note: Bilingual in French is a Must

This range is provided by Abacus Service Corporation. Your actual pay will depend on your skills and experience. Please discuss with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range: $40.00/hr - $42.00/hr

Responsibilities:

1. Copywriting:
   • Write impactful content including client emails, sales collateral, activity reports, PowerPoint presentations, advertisements, and banners to support sales teams and distributors.
   • Create SEO-optimized content such as news articles, social media posts, video scripts, campaign pages, and product descriptions to enhance traffic and conversions.
   • Optimize website content to improve engagement and increase conversions.
   • Handle translation, proofreading, and quality control of materials.
   • Propose content ideas aligned with sales and organizational goals, researching industry trends and keywords.
   • Contribute to marketing and communication plans.
2. Content Management:
   • Create and manage online sales campaigns to boost conversions and revenue.
   • Develop strategies to increase online presence and subscribers.
   • Analyze and report campaign performance, web traffic, and sources, optimizing strategies accordingly.
   • Schedule and publish content across platforms like WordPress, Magento, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
   • Collaborate with product managers and online influencers.
   • Manage editorial calendars and content opportunities.

Skills and Qualifications:

• University degree in communications, marketing, or related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in communications or marketing.
• Fluent French writing skills; excellent bilingual (French and English) writing and editing skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
• Autonomy, attention to detail, and resourcefulness.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Proficiency with social media, SEO tools, content management platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Canva, AdCreative AI, WordPress, SEMrush), and Office 365 suite.
