The role supports long-term growth by building scalable content capability that communicates consistently across markets, platforms, and stakeholder groups. It owns content development and channel execution in a deeply technical building technology setting, and suits a hands‑on writer with a strong understanding of digital marketing and SEO and the curiosity to learn our products, customers, and markets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Digital Content
  • Plan, write, and publish landing pages, web copy, blogs, digital marketing campaigns, email and newsletter content that support global and regional marketing campaigns
  • Own SEO for the content you create, including keyword research, on‑page optimization, metadata, and internal linking, to grow organic visibility and traffic
  • Monitor digital performance using analytics tools and apply insights to continuously improve content and user experience
Social Content
  • Plan, write, and execute the regional social media content calendar across social channels
  • Adapt key messages and campaigns into engaging posts, short‑form video scripts, and visual content concepts for each audience
  • Manage community engagement and use performance data to grow reach, engagement and followers
Print Content
  • Write case studies, brochures, flyers, and trade show and event materials, from first draft to final copy
  • Partner with the product teams to translate technical information into clear, accurate, and customer‑friendly content
  • Ensure all materials are consistent with brand guidelines and manage production timelines with designers, agencies, and print vendors as required
Outreach and Advocacy Content
  • Identify and build relationships with industry influencers, trade media, associations, and thought leaders to extend brand reach and credibility
  • Equip employees and sales teams with ready‑to‑share content, guidelines, and training to support consistent and effective advocacy
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management
  • Partner with Strategic Marketing, Offering Management, and Sales teams to align content with regional priorities
  • Coordinate with agencies, freelancers, and vendors to deliver content on time and on budget
  • Contribute to campaign planning and content governance
How success is measured:
  • Website traffic and organic search rankings
  • Social media engagement and follower growth
  • Influencer and earned media reach and share of voice
  • On‑time delivery of the content calendar and campaign materials
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
  • Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
  • 5+ years of B2B content writing experience, with a portfolio demonstrating strong B2B writing across formats and channels
  • Demonstrated multichannel storytelling skills, with the ability to adapt a single message for digital, print, social, and internal audiences
  • Technical writing skills, with the ability to translate complex technical and product information into clear, accurate, and engaging content
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, including keyword research, on‑page optimization, content performance analytics, and search best practices
  • Expert in the use of AI tools for content creation and optimization, with an understanding of how AI is changing search and content discovery
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS), social media management tools, and web analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast‑paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Project Management skillsets are a baseline expectation for the role
KEY TRAITS
