Job summary

Aptino Inc. is seeking a Senior Salesforce Consultant to lead a capability, architecture, and platform assessment for a large enterprise client. The role focuses on Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud with emphasis on governance, licensing, and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Salesforce ecosystems, enterprise-scale delivery, and the ability to translate complex findings into actionable recommendations for executive stakeholders and platform teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Salesforce consulting and technical experience, including 3+ years in large enterprise environments.
• Deep hands-on expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud.
• Experience with Service Cloud and Commerce Cloud architectures.
• Experience in architecture reviews, debt assessments, and licensing optimization.
• Knowledge of licensing, API usage, data volumes, and credits.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with Snowflake or Databricks.
• Knowledge of Tableau, Power BI and data governance.
• Relevant Salesforce certifications.

Responsibilities

• Assess Salesforce capabilities across Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Service Cloud, B2B Commerce, analytics, and integrations.
• Evaluate platform architecture, data models, integration patterns, scalability, and technical debt.
• Analyze licensing, consumption-based pricing, cost optimization, and FinOps governance.
• Review business value measurement, attribution, analytics, and reporting.
• Assess service operations, case management, workflows, SLAs, and support models.
• Evaluate data governance, identity, consent, and integration with enterprise data platforms.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and translate findings into actionable recommendations and a prioritized roadmap.
