We are looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist to support our marketing campaigns across Canada.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute and optimize Marketo marketing automation campaigns
  • Configure and test trigger-based campaigns, such as trigger emails, nurture campaigns, event follow-ups, and lifecycle workflows
  • Perform quality assurance checks on all emails, forms, and landing pages
  • Ensure consistent delivery of campaigns in alignment with defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Coordinate and monitor the email marketing calendar, and flag and help mitigate potential conflicts
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications team to create and execute email marketing campaigns, landing pages, and forms
  • Ensure email campaigns and processes are compliant with regulatory requirements, including CASL
  • Maintain Marketo instances, including lead scoring, nurturing, audience segmentation, and personalization to increase engagement
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align on lead nurtures and MQL qualifications goals to ensure smooth lead handoff processes
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve ROI
  • Collaborate with team members to track, monitor and report key KPI performance and trends at regular intervals for ongoing optimizations and data driven decision-making
  • Perform routine list hygiene tasks, including removing inactive subscribers, correcting invalid email addresses, updating CASL consent status, and managing bounce rates
  • Conduct regular audits of the email list to identify opportunities for growth and address issues related to data accuracy
  • Support the integration of Marketo with other marketing tools and platforms
  • Provide training and support to team members on Marketo best practices

Your Experience & Education

  • You have a university degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • You have 3-4 years of related experience
  • Proven experience with executing marketing automation campaigns, including building emails and landing pages
  • Experience with marketing automation tools
  • Strong understanding of email marketing, lead nurturing, and CRM integration
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making
  • Strong project management skills to meet tight deadlines, steer several projects simultaneously and manage priorities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, capacity to build strong relationships with demanding professionals and ability to communicate confidently with all levels of the organization
