Automation Specialist - Rotational Travel to Houston (V-94711-2)

Salary : 80.00 CAD to 90.00 CAD per hour

Edison Smart is partnered with a leading system integrator in the Oil and Gas market, hiring specialists in the Automation, Electrical, and Design space.

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Oil & Gas Automation Specialist to join a busy team in Houston. (Open to local candidates also). If you are a Canadian Citizen, this will be a rotational shift, and our client will offer a relocation opportunity.

You will provide support with critical automation systems and control systems within the oil and gas industry.

Skills and Qualifications :

• Extensive experience in PLC / HMI designing, proficient PLC programmer
• Experience in the Oil and Gas Industry
• PLC / HMI troubleshooting and debugging experience
• Proficient in Allen Bradley, Rockwell, GE, or Schneider Modicon control PLC systems
• Proficient in HMI Designs - Wonderware InTouch, Factory Talk, or Emerson
• Valid Driving Licence
• Ability to be flexible
