  • Manage marketing automation platforms and integrations, including Marketo, Marketo Measure, and Salesforce, ensuring data, campaign workflows, and system processes operate effectively and support accurate, timely execution.
  • Establish and maintain marketing automation and email marketing standards for segmentation, personalisation, messaging, campaign configuration, and execution to improve engagement, conversion, and customer retention.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign and programme performance to identify trends, issues, and optimisation opportunities, using insights to improve marketing effectiveness and pipeline contribution.
  • Own reporting and dashboards for data quality, campaign performance, programme effectiveness, pipeline performance, and email marketing ROI, providing stakeholders with clear insights to support decision making.
  • Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to understand business requirements, define appropriate marketing automation solutions, and successfully deliver campaigns, programmes, and system improvements.
  • Drive continuous improvement across marketing automation processes, workflows, integrations, and technology use to strengthen operational efficiency, scalability, and customer experience.
  • Provide subject matter expertise, guidance, and support on marketing automation practices and platforms, including coaching and knowledge sharing with relevant team members and stakeholders.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
  • 5 years of experience in a marketing automation role, including designing and deploying email nurture campaigns.
  • Demonstrated experience and competency using enterprise marketing automation platform, including Marketo and Marketo Measure
  • Experience and knowledge of other platforms in our stack, including Salesforce CRM, Splash, Go to Webinar, Sprout Social, and Segment.
  • Experience with B2B SaaS and multi‑lingual campaigns is an asset.
  • Ability to understand our products, markets, customers, and competitors, including what drives customer behaviour.
  • Experience collaborating with team members and providing support, coaching and training.
  • A collaborative, hands‑on, and goal‑oriented self‑starter with strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build credibility and effective working relationships, receive feedback from diverse sources, and use it to grow personally and professionally.
