Employment Type: Flexible Contract Role (Part-time, up to 25 hours weekly)

Role Overview

We are partnering with top technology companies to develop generative AI and large language models (LLMs). We seek curious, skilled, and independent contractors to join our community as Generative AI Associates. This remote, part-time role offers flexibility for individuals passionate about language and AI development, allowing you to contribute to shaping future AI technologies on your own schedule.

Responsibilities

• Create training datasets to enhance AI model accuracy, fluency, and voice
• Annotate data to align AI outputs with human values
• Analyze and improve grammar, syntax, and sentence structure of training data and AI-generated text
• Collaborate with data scientists, researchers, and engineers to refine datasets
• Contribute to AI training specifications and data recipes
• Adapt to evolving guidelines and priorities
• Meet KPIs such as daily job count and average handle time within data production windows

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in fields such as Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Science, Law, or related areas; advanced degrees preferred
• Professional proficiency (C1/C2) in English and French

• Strong attention to detail and excellent writing skills
• Understanding of grammar, syntax, and semantics

Compensation

Hourly rate ranges from $18.00 to $30.00 CAD, depending on experience, skills, and location.
