• Translate business action plans into operational objectives and priorities, to address challenges, control budgets and schedules, providing support and guidance to collaborators and key stakeholders.
• Monitor the performance of individuals and the team to achieve goals and objectives by identifying and implementing corrective actions as required.
• Identify the potential of the local Market and help key stakeholders position relevant sectors to take advantage of this potential
• Ensure that safety, quality and recovery processes, as well as business development initiatives, are integrated into business operations and Showroom action plans, thereby contributing to the achievement of operational objectives.

The starting rate/ salary for this position ranges from 108,487 CAD to 149,170 CAD and will be based on relevant work experience.
