Job Overview

This role is responsible for driving sales growth and managing accounts within the Badger region. The position involves collaborating with Regional and Area Managers, as well as VPs of Operations, to develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, market share, and customer loyalty. Responsibilities include overseeing sales tools, systems, training, and coordinating efforts to maximize growth, managing the sales cycle from initial client relationships to contract closure and follow-up.

Salary

The salary for this role will be commensurate with education and/or experience.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute a 1-year business plan aligned with corporate strategy and manager’s goals.
  2. Drive revenue growth with existing and prospective customers to meet regional sales and profit targets.
  3. Manage the Outside Sales Representatives within the region, including overseeing account performance and KPIs.
  4. Establish sales objectives by forecasting and setting annual sales goals, projecting revenue for existing and new clients.
  5. Ensure timely and accurate documentation of activities in the ORACLE CRM system.
  6. Collaborate with the operations management team to set goals and actions for expanding market share.
  7. Provide on-the-ground support for regional sales representatives, assisting in lead generation, presentations, and closing new business.
  8. Report monthly on sales and marketing activities, including new clients, target accounts, and strategic actions.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 5-10 years of high-level sales management experience, including managing sales teams.
  • Industry experience in Construction, Oil and Gas, Transportation, Underground Utilities, Equipment Rentals, or Environmental Services.
  • Experience in Direct Sales.
  • Proven success in developing sales personnel and new markets.
  • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and influencing skills.
