Legend Boats in Whitefish, Ontario is hiring a Marine Technician to join our hands-on shop team. You’ll build, repair, and prep boats for wholesale, work with hulls, rigs, and pre-delivery adjustments, and support seasonal services in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience using hand and power tools.
• Ability to read and follow instructions, production documents, and safety guidelines.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment.
• Physically capable of lifting, bending, and being on your feet most of the day.

Responsibilities

• Build side consoles, full windshield boats, deck boats, pontoons, and trailers for wholesale.
• Rig boats for Legend Factory Stores (standard and retail builds).
• Perform hull repairs and pre-delivery adjustments.
• Identify and complete warranty work.
• Assist with seasonal services, including shrink wrapping and winterizations.
• Support hull swaps to maintain efficient shop workflow.
• Help with setup and teardown of local and regional boat shows.
• Work closely with retail and service teams to meet production goals.
• Maintain a high level of quality and safety in all tasks.
• Keep your workspace clean and organized.

We’re looking for a motivated and mechanically inclined Marine Technician to join our team in Whitefish, Ontario. If you enjoy working with your hands, building, repairing, and being around boats, this is a great opportunity to grow your skills in a supportive, team-driven environment.

What You’ll Do

• Build side consoles, full windshield boats, deck boats, pontoons, and trailers for wholesale

What You Bring
