Job summary

Bridgemans Services Group in Kitimat is seeking personnel to support craft workers and environmental monitors on a marine demolition project. The role involves hands-on material handling, dismantling, and assisting with site operations on both day and night shifts.

You will work a 14-on/7-off schedule with 12-hour shifts, must have a valid driver's license, and be capable of working in a marine industrial environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Experience operating skid steer is preferred.
• Physically capable of manual material handling in marine construction.
• Able to work a rotating 14‑on / 7‑off schedule with 12‑hour shifts.
• Must pass drug and alcohol clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support to craft workers during marine demolition activities.
• Assist with material handling, dismantling, and other construction tasks as directed.
• Support environmental monitors during night shifts, including wildlife checks and site safety.
