Job summary

PC Forge Inc. is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead the QMS, inspection, and quality assurance across forging, machining and heat-treat operations in Port Colborne, Ontario.

You will develop and maintain quality procedures, drive certifications and lead root-cause investigations. Qualifications

• 5–10 years of progressive quality leadership in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with ISO 9001 and AS9100 audits and certification programmes.
• MPI/NDT experience is strongly preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and measurement data.
• Strong leadership, communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) and related procedures.
• Lead internal and external audits, non-conformities, CAPA and continuous improvement.
• Oversee QA/QC functions across forging, machining, heat treating and inspection operations.
• Manage customer and supplier quality, non-conformance investigations and corrective actions.
• Mentor Quality Inspectors and drive plant-wide quality culture.
