Job summary

Gtrworldwide is seeking a Production/Industrial Engineer to review schedules, design efficient processes, and implement upgrades. You will lead cost analyses, staff training, and interdepartmental coordination to ensure on-time production.

The ideal candidate has an Industrial Engineering degree, 2+ years in production tech, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and experience with quality control procedures and AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• Requires an Industrial Engineering degree or related field.
• Thorough understanding of production machinery, processes and standards.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Extensive experience in implementing quality control procedures.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Review production schedules, processes, specifications and related information.
• Design manufacturing processes to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.
• Develop and implement process improvements and technology upgrades.
• Design control systems to minimize production costs and problems.
• Develop design and manufacturing standards in conjunction with management and staff use.
• Make lists of supplies and equipment, purchase orders, analyze costs, and estimate production costs.
• Train employees on new procedures and provide instructions and manuals.
• Coordinate with other departments to complete production orders on time.
• Comply with internal policies and industry regulations.
