Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a motivated Production Engineer to optimize manufacturing processes and boost output at their facility in Canada. You will analyze lines, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to improve productivity, reduce waste and control costs.

Collaborating with quality and operations teams, you will develop SOPs, supervise new equipment implementations, and mentor staff while upholding Lean principles and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• 3+ years in production engineering or similar manufacturing role.
• Solid understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement.
• Experience with production planning, scheduling, and inventory management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and leadership in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Analyze production processes to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
