Responsibilities

• Lead process and equipment improvement projects and Kaizen improvement workshops.
• Maintain, develop, and enhance performance indicators to identify improvement opportunities and support the implementation of concrete actions.
• Engage production, maintenance, quality, and engineering teams to diagnose manufacturing, layout, or process issues and implement effective solutions.
• Work closely with suppliers to identify, evaluate, and implement equipment and material resource improvement solutions.
• Conduct analyses to improve manufacturing processes, including capacity studies, process variation analysis, OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), and operational performance evaluations.
• Monitor technological and industrial trends, assess the relevance and return on investment of new solutions, and provide investment recommendations based on ROI analyses.
• Lead projects related to reliability, health and safety, and production cell layout in collaboration with various stakeholders to support the achievement of company objectives.
