Thomson-Gordon Group in Burlington, Ontario seeks a Manufacturing Process Engineer to drive process improvements and support manufacturing operations.

Reporting to the COO, you will optimize production processes, lead trials, analyze data, and collaborate with Maintenance and Quality to raise yield and reduce costs while ensuring compliance with the Quality Management System and HS&E policies.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma required in a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience.
• Experience in Material Processing Operations preferred.
• Ability to read technical drawings and apply Engineering fundamentals.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement tools (5S, root cause analysis, lean concepts).
• Strong teamwork, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Drive safety program execution across the facility.
• Support manufacturing operations in producing high-quality products.
• Lead quality improvements and waste reduction initiatives.
• Develop and execute key operations initiatives annually.
• Foster teamwork and transparency across the manufacturing group.
• Lead workflow process improvement efforts.
