Job summary

The Edmonton team at Teledyne MEMS seeks a Manufacturing Process Operator to join a group delivering products that meet quality and cost targets by following standard operating procedures to ensure safety and reliability.

Responsibilities include routine calibrations, set-ups, and operating production equipment, while collaborating with colleagues to maintain quality, on-time delivery and efficient material usage.

Qualifications

• Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
• Experience working in a clean room environment (preferred).
• Ability to work in a team and demonstrates leadership qualities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned work adhering to quality standards and SOPs.
• Work in a team to meet targets, health, safety, quality, and on-time delivery.
• Perform routine calibrations, setups, and ensure production equipment runs at required levels.
• Manage time and equipment usage to meet production targets.
• Support 5S+1 program and contamination control in area.
• Assist with process improvements and CI projects.
• Communicate issues affecting safety, quality, delivery, and cost to the Production Manager.
